The User Manager is in the File menu of the software, under User Manager -> Edit Users, this option is only available to software administrators (user name Blues as default). Users and access rights can be defined here.

The user rights are used to determine read and write rights to those users that are not superusers (or administrators). Eg if a generic user can access the software, you can decide for its view and edit rights on the following tables:
- Calls
- Extensions
- Phone book
- Pin codes
- Destinations
- Excluded area codes
- Calendar
If the Read Only right to one table is set, then the user will only be capable of viewing the table but not edit it. In this case the user cannot modify the information contained in Company Data and tables/filters
Set No Access for a table in order to prevent the user from opening this table from any point of the software. Eg if the extension table has this option, the table cannot be opened from the company data or the table area.
The No Access option also blocks the statistics.
Each table also has a filter option for further visualisation restrictions. Eg setting a filter on the ‘Sales’ department for the Call table, the user opening such table will only view those information concerning the sales department, both in the statistics and in the table general view. |
