Filter |

Import\export statistics:
Each statistic is physically an rpt file saved onto the Report folder saved in the software main folder on the hard driver (usually c:\Program Files\BluesProfessional). The Report folder contains folders named after the groups displayed in the left menu. Each folder contains its statistics.
The names of the folders and the rpt files of the statistics are made up of a number, an underscore character and the name displayed in the software (eg. 1_Call monitor). Such number before the name decides the display order inside the software..
Following these name rules allows to create further customised folders for easy reference.
In order to export a statistic, just click the export button and select ‘structure only’. In order to import a statistic, save the rpt file in one of the folders inside the Report main folder. |
