The Billy Blue's call monitor is designed to offer a real time control tool for those willing to keep the situation under control from a particular point of view, such as the cost trend or the answer efficiency or simply the number of outgoing calls.
As the figure shows, the monitor page is divided into panels displaying a chart or data. A special menu offers an easy tool to configure this page Tools -> Call Monitor configuration, or just click the red button on the upper right of each panel, selecting Configure monitor.
Configuration:
The 'Configure the monitor according to an existing profile’ offers a number of different default selections concerning the number of panels and their contents. |

|
The 'Configure the monitor manually’ offers a manual selection of the number of panels to be displayed.

Filter |
The filter restricts the information field to certain type of calls. For example, if the panel shows an extension breakdown chart showing all extensions, clicking filter will display calls of only on department or extension group or only international calls and more. See Company Data, tabels and filters for displaying a detailed description of the filter use.

After being filtered, the monitor panel can be saved with a different name and it is possible to decide to overwrite the existing one or create a new one.
