Billy Blue's Registration/Activation

BillyBlues is licensed per number of users and number of sites (that is number of different voice-gateway on your CUCM network).

So if you have a CUCM centralized or distributed (multi-cluster) infrastructure with 750 users and 4 different sites (voice-gateways), you need to have 5 licenses: one for BillyBlues main site and one for each site.

Each BillyBlues license (usually a PDF file) is identified by a license number and a serial number. The license number is the ID of your purchase, the serial number is the code representing what you have bought, that is including the information about number of users for your main site.

In order to access to BillyBlues registration you have to launch the BillyBlues registration utility from Start-> Programs -> Stonevoice BillyBlues

Here you have to insert the serial number for the Billy Blues product and register: this will activate BillyBlues with options (number of users) you purchased.

In order to received the Enabling code to activate BillyBlues you must send an email to licenses@stonevoice.com providing:

  • license you bought (PDF file)
  • computer code as you can see in the image below

You will soon receive from Stonevoice the relative Enabling code, so you just need to enter both serial number and enabling code and click on Register button.

You will also receive the Enabling code for each sites you purchased, so each site must be activated by inserting these Enabling codes. To do this, click on Register button from the PBX-Connection form

Press Add button and insert the serial number and relative registration codes for each site you have bought: if you don't have yet the registration code, please ask Stonevoice license team (licenses@stonevoice.com)
